Colliers names Walnut Creek leader
Colliers Parrish International tapped veteran broker Brooks Pedder to lead its Walnut Creek office.
Pedder, who has been working in commercial real estate for 25 years, joined the brokerage in 1997 and has focused on arranging industrial and office deals in Solano County.
Pedder began his real estate career in 1985 with Norris, Beggs & Simpson, specializing in deals along Interstates 680 and 80 in Solano County and Highways 242 and 4 in Contra Costa County. He joined the Galbreath Company’s East Bay – North Bay Region in 1994 before coming to Colliers Parrish no fax cash advance.
“The Walnut Creek office continues to offer the best value and client experience in the market,” said Pedder in a statement. “I am excited for the opportunity to guide this great organization, and I look forward to our continued success and growth.”
Pedder will replace Ed Del Beccaro, who recently joined Grubb & Ellis in Walnut Creek.
